Eligibility and Requirements

To be eligible for the ADEL program, candidates must:

  • Be between the ages of twenty-five and thirty-five on May 3rd, 2024.
  • Be citizens of countries located in Africa, North America, South America, Central America, Europe, or the Caribbean, with priority given to citizens of countries bordering the Atlantic Basin. Citizens from other countries with residency in the listed regions are also eligible.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English through their personal statement and short video.
  • Guarantee their availability for the full duration of the program, from December 8th to 16th, in Rabat, Morocco.

Benefits

Selected participants will receive fully funded travel to and from Morocco, including economy class airfare, local transportation, catering, and hotel accommodation during the program and conference dates.

Application Process

Interested applicants must submit an online application form by Sunday, June 16th, 2024, at 11:59 pm Moroccan time (GMT+1). The application should include:

  • A resume/CV no longer than 2 pages in.pdf format.
  • A personal statement of no more than 250 words explaining their motivation for applying, their potential contributions to the program, and how they plan to benefit from it. The statement should also detail their expertise or field of work.
